2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals
gtt99 supports a range of locally trusted payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and secure transactions for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless otherwise specified.
Deposit conditions:
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at checkout.
- Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. In rare cases of technical delays, please allow up to 2 hours before contacting support.
- gtt99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The deposit source must match the name on your registered gtt99 account.
Withdrawal conditions:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to verification checks.
- Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method and account used for depositing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorized transfers.
- Bonus-related funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Active bonus terms must be reviewed before requesting a cash out.
- gtt99 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ৳50,000.
All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. gtt99 does not store full payment credentials on its servers. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger an account review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
gtt99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address.
- A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonus funds. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds will be forfeited after expiry.

Any suspected abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or exploiting software bugs — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
- Free spins awarded as part of a bonus will have a fixed value per spin as stated in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are subject to the same wagering requirement as the primary bonus.
Players who opt out of bonus offers at the time of deposit are not eligible to claim the same bonus retroactively. Please review each promotion's terms carefully before making a qualifying deposit.
5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
gtt99 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Creating or operating more than one account on the gtt99 platform, whether under the same identity or different identities.

- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, match results, or odds.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities including but not limited to chargebacks, false identity claims, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate credits or gain unfair winning outcomes.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any financial activity that violates applicable laws.
gtt99 employs advanced monitoring systems and works with third-party risk management providers to detect and prevent fraudulent behaviour. Any player found to be in breach of these fair play rules will be subject to immediate action, which may include permanent account termination without refund of deposited funds where fraud is proven.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on the gtt99 platform — including but not limited to website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio and visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of gtt99 or is used under license from its respective owners.
